We really hope you are pleased with the customized products you receive. We try our best to offer the highest quality products and printing. Since these products are made just for you, we do not accept returns. However, if we made a mistake we will certainly issue a refund or send you a replacement product to make things right.
If there is something wrong with your order or the products you received, please contact the HanesInk Customer Support Team so that they can work to fix it for you. If you contact our team via email please include a photo of the product showing its misprint or damage. This will help us to quickly address your issue and also to ensure such errors don’t happen in the future. The photo will be most helpful if the product is on a flat surface with the error clearly showing.
You do not have to send the original products back to us. We encourage you to donate your unwanted products to a charitable organization in your area.
