Placing and Checking an Order
Q: Do you do rush orders?
A: We try to produce every order as
quickly as possible, but right now we can only guarantee that your item
will be printed within 5 – 7 days of your order. We hope to offer a
rush production option soon!
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: There is a 60 minute window after you
place your order where you can cancel it through the My Orders section
of your account or by calling 1-800-229-4776.
Q: Can I edit a design after I have placed my
A: Unfortunately no, once an order is
placed the design can no longer be edited. If you are within the 60
minute cancellation window, you can cancel your order and place your
order again after you have made your edits if you saved the design to
Designs in your account. If you didn’t save it, you will have to
start your design over again though.
PRICING AND TRANSACTIONS
Q: Can I get a quick price quote?
A: Absolutely! As you design your item
our design tool automatically calculates your item's cost based on the
product and design you choose.
Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
A: We unfortunately can't offer bulk
pricing right now, but we are working on it so that we can offer it in
Q: How will charges appear on my credit card statement? When
will my card be charged?
A: Charges will appear from "HanesInk"
and your card will not be charged until your product leaves our
facility. If your order contains multiple shipments the order total
will be broken up and partially charged with each shipment.
HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGE APPAREL
Q: What do I do if I cannot find my college or high school
on your site?
A: We have an extensive database but
continue to add new schools all the time! We’re sorry if we don’t have
yours yet. Fill out our
Missing Institution form and we will get your school added as
quickly as possible.
Q: If I fill out the Missing Institution form, how long will it take until I hear back?
A: You will hear from us within 3 – 5 business days after you submit the form.
Q: What if my high school’s information or mascot is
A: We want to hear about it! We’ve tried
to make our database as accurate as possible but if you see a mistake
(wrong mascot, wrong school colors, etc.) please let us know so that
our team can update it and make it right as soon as possible. There is
a link in the top right of your school’s Apparel Shop that will take
you to our correction form.
Q: Why can I only pick certain garment colors for my
A: Every school has their own licensing
restrictions and requirements regarding what colors and artwork can be
used. We value our licensing partners and do our best to provide you
with as many options as possible while still following licensing
Q: Can I get a proof or a sample before I place an
A: Our design tool displays your product
and artwork exactly as it will be printed, so you can be confident that
what you see is what you will get!
Q: I am a school administrator, how does my school end up on the HanesInk site?
A: We encourage all schools to join our licensing program to make their brand available to a national audience and earn royalty on every sale! If you would like to join, or if your school is already on our site and you have questions, please call 1-800-229-4776 and ask for our licensing department.
